A ‘Global Game Community Lead’ plays the roles of the righteous purposes like below.

1. In this role, the game itself created by O’ol Blue Inc. is not the top priority, but it is based on the belief that the users who play the game of O’ol Blue Inc. are the top priority.lue
2. In this role, the games created by O’ol Blue Inc. are based on the belief that they are not the ultimate goal, but media that are used to build up trust and faith with users over time and on a long-term basis.
3. In this role, the relationship with the users communicating through a particular game created by O’ol Blue Inc. will not end according to the success or failure (or existence) of the game. We should try hard to maintain a healthy relationship with our users from a long-term perspective believing that the users of the present will be the users of the future.
