[Dev Note] Company War

Hello, Master! This is designer H.
Today ... I came here with something.
I'd like to share with you the development of the so-called "Company War".
Actually, it's a little bit more careful when I share a big chunk of the dev like this.
‘Something’ usually means that there needs a lot of development time and cost, which in turn means that it can be changed significantly in various parts during development.
However, because we do not want to change or change the contents after we have already shared ‘something’, we tend to approach them carefully.
Since many masters have wondered about this ‘something’, and I'd also like to share with you the details of it for our interactive conversations, so I'm going to explain to you about some of the important aspects of the “Company War.”
Again, I ask you to understand that, as I mentioned earlier, the contents in this development can be changed significantly.

1. Competition among Companies
The ‘Company War’ is literally the battles among Companies, first introduced in the Hunters League. A company fiercely fights and competes with others for winning score.
The way the battle is fought will be like Arena for multiple numbers, and the total result will be the aggregation of the score.
Even if the company's top tier users score good deals, the company might lose in terms of the total aggregated scores if mid or low tier company members score poorly.
So, everyone in the field should do their best to get the best score.

2. Corps organization
The total number of people who can compete for a Company is up to 40.
But that doesn't mean 40 : 40.
The battle takes place in a 10:10 race, with 10 players forming a single corps.
So, a total of four corps are available for one company. A total of 40 people will be able to compete.
Fewer than ten people will not be allowed to participate because they cannot be organized into one corps.
For example, if you have 35 people in your company, you will only be able to play 30 of the 3 corps.
3. Matching
Company wars are all matched at the same time, all join this whole server-wide war event at the same time, and all will end at the same time.
The war matching will be held once every two or three days, and the win and loss of each game will accumulate and constitute the season result.
The season and the war matching cycle are now being developed for a relatively flexible structure to respond to masters’ needs quickly. Depending on the amount of matching the user and the company, it may be reduced or increased.
The matching will also be done to an enemy company with similar combat power to your own.
Thus, each corps of a company can also meet corps of different companies.
Namely, it means that you are not likely to fight only one enemy company.
After the all battles end, the overall score of each corps reflects the company's achievements.
So, it would be best for each team to win.
4. Main rules
As the game progresses, a single user is given several opportunities to attack.
And you can attack an opponent with similar attack power. It will be the basic matching structure that you can attack the enemy similar to the attack power of yours as much as possible.
So, when you do your best in your own position and role, the company will be able to make good deals in the competition.
When the game gets played, scores related to victory points, attempts, kills, and health will be calculated in a whole. Therefore, you will receive the highest score by dealing as much damage as possible to your opponent while receiving the damage as little as possible.
If you wipe out the enemy in time, you will get the best score. Also, if you kill only a part of the enemy when you attack, your friend can attack your past opponent and gain a better score as a team.
If your friend attacks your past opponent again and wipe out the enemy, you team will gain all the scores that your team can get.

5. Blind deck
When the game starts, it will start in blind deck mode first.
The blind deck initially means that you cannot know the enemy's defense deck.
However, it is possible to guess which weapons have been developed with the detailed info to some extent
When the first attack is done to any blind deck, the defending deck is exposed to the enemy, whether it is the one of your team or the enemy’s.
So, that way, the defense deck is exposed to all opponents. And as in the same way, ten of your team and ten of your opponents will gradually expose themselves.
And when a defensive deck is exposed, the attacking team will be able to choose which deck will be the most effective for the attack with the remaining number of attacks in hands.
But because the number of attacks are limited, whoever attacks will need the most efficient strategy requiring deep communications among the company's members.
We admit that an absolute strong company can even deal with one enemy company in a single swiping attack, even with a blind deck. But otherwise, after the first attack, a team with a lot of communication among the company members would be advantageous.
6. Rewards
Rewards are largely made up of three things.
There are personal rewards for every successful attack, corps rewards for corps wins, and season rewards for the whole company at the end of the season.
But as you well know, rewards design is sensitive, so depending on the progress in the development, it may change.
The obvious thing is that the season rewards, which are expected to be the longest term, will be the best one.
I think I gave you an overview of the key points the Company war.
Of course, some of the masters reading this document may be satisfied, and others will be unsatisfied.
But we promise that we will gradually improve its gameplay as it gets into the official game build by grasping the feedback and opinions from you, masters.
It is hard to tell when this is actually updated to the live server. But it is expected that the update will be done not too late.
We wish that you will keep your company active until the update for the great battle.
Then I will come back to you again by the time it’s updated.
Cheers! Master~!
